Our mission is to provide a safe and supportive environment for women to learn and excel in the world of motorcycling. We believe that riding a motorcycle is not just a skill, but a way of life. Through tailored training and experienced instructors, we aim to shape a future where women ride confidently and lead the way on their own terms.
Like most people, my riding journey is unique.
I got my learners licence at 16 years old as my single mother didn't have a car and didn't drive. At a time when all my peers were beginning to drive, I was worried I would be left behind. For me, getting a motorcycle licence was about so much more than mobility - it was an enabler for the life I wanted and remains a core part of who I am.

With 20 years of road riding, racing and track coaching, I've come to recognise that women embark on the motorcycling journey for unique reasons, seeking different connections with the road and the riding community compared to their male counterparts. It is my lived experience as a female motorcyclist, coupled with the belief that women learn differently, that inspired the inception of StellaRide.
I believe that by offering female focussed motorcycle training services, we empower women riders to challenge assumptions about themselves and their capabilities. StellaRide is not just a school - it's a catalyst for women to confidently navigate the roads, break barriers, and embrace the liberating thrill of motorcycle riding on their own terms.
